Equipment development for the confectionery factory

Pokkels was requested by a confectionery company to develop a device for the automatic cleaning of the oven deck for the production of flour products. Our team developed a 200 W automatic hearth plate cleaning system and delivered it to the customer’s facility in March 2020. 

Using the Pokkels F-Clean automatic system cut the time for preventive cleaning of the conveyor oven in half. At the same time, monthly output increased by more than 2 million units.
